We are happy to present our micro-DTMA (Digital Transformation Maturity Assessment).  

We created this assessment tool to enable manufacturers to understand where they’re at in their journey to becoming a more Data-Driven Manufacturer. However, we get a lot of questions about where to start, what’s next, how to execute certain technical capabilities, and how are they doing relative to other companies, etc. So, this assessment is meant to be a beginning step in that process. 

Please keep in mind we’re always here to help. If you find you’re not happy with the score you’ve given yourself and want to talk through where to start or how, let us know. We’d be happy to point you in the right direction, and if appropriate, we’d be happy to help you along the way.

Answering questions

The value of the assessment is directly linked to the quality of the inputs so the key to getting a useful output is to provide truthful inputs.  

Score each question on a scale of 1-5. 

• 1 represents the company isn’t doing much in that area, or if doing it, doing it poorly.  
• 5 represents the company is doing great in that area, completely connected, has all the data available, using the latest tools, everyone and everything is connected, you know in real-time the true costs on every single part going through the plant, etc.
